Google voice is not a phone service but it lets you manage all of your phones. I guess if you have multiple phones and tasks that you are trying to juggle in a day, this would be a great option for you. The service allows you to make and receive calls in Gmail, this can be good thing. Eventually this tool will be useful to publish business blogs on bloggers, share project images, track industry news, and advertise within one application. Not to mention, the idea of keeping up with one user name and password; a big problem I’ve always had was trying to remember my log in information. The voice service can become a great addition to any business depending on individual use. Until all kinks are worked out, I feel this voice service would be useful for a business as a temporary service, especially if you had a large clientele that depending on you. As for a Doctor’s office, I would recommend the use of this service for lunch hour only unless it was an emergency call, of course I would redirect those calls to an emergency number.Click on the link below to view how to use Google's Voice Service.
